One of the best-loved pieces of content from the QminC community in Thailand was finding new jobs for empty bottles. Let's play the same game in Türkiye: once the label is removed and the bottle washed well, the 150 mL bottle becomes one of the handiest little containers around.
Five ideas
1) Spice jar: narrow-necked bottles are ideal for chilli flakes, cumin and sesame. 2) Mini vase: the right scale for a single daisy or lavender stem. 3) Drawer organiser: gathers up paper clips, rubber bands and pins. 4) Dressing bottle: a single-portion salad dressing for picnics, carried in a bag with its sealed cap. 5) Seedling starter: a windowsill water jar for basil and mint cuttings.
Bottles you won't reuse belong in the glass bank: glass is one of the few packaging materials that can be recycled endlessly without losing quality. Remember to separate the caps into metal/plastic collection.
